Welcome to Golfwiz.AI! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Golfwiz.AI mobile apps, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Yukta AI LLC (“Golfwiz.AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

  • Showcase anonymized or aggregated performance data.

You are responsible for the content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Golfwiz.AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or injury resulting from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for all claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Golfwiz.AI and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
